Part-time :

00pm Responsible for general commercial building maintenance, including, but not limited to:
sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning and restocking break rooms and restrooms, cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls and partitions, pulling trash, etc.
-Must have a clean drivers license and pass a background check -Must be reliable -Must be punctual -Must have stable work history -Must be able to work independently as well as work as a team member -Must be driven and have solid work ethic -Must be able to follow directions (both written and oral) -Must have good verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
